INTERPRETATION AND DISPUTES

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, or if required by local law, the laws of the country of the Sensient affiliate posting these Terms of Use, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Venue with respect to resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms of Use shall be proper exclusively in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States, or if required by local law, in the location of the Sensient affiliate posting these Terms of Use. The language in which these Terms of Use are posted shall control. In the event of any dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
